• Value Engineering to identify potential cost savings and innovations
• Review of schedules and deliverables

Project Execution Assistance

• Review drawings and specifications for compliance to codes and standards
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and agencies
• Status review to confirm invoicing
• Equipment and contractor bid analysis for compliance and cost effectiveness
• Review construction bid packages
• Drafting services available as needed

Quality Improvement

• Review and evaluate company standards, procedures and practices
• Develop and provide training material for in-house staff
• Develop and document certain innovative approaches to engineering and design

Electrical Engineering and Design Services

• Hazardous Location analysis (Electrical Area Classification) and documentation; equipment and installation requirements for hazardous areas
• Review equipment vendor drawings and contractor submitals for compliance
• Electrical equipment bid analysis and conformance of specifications for purchase
• Direct preparation of and review electrical engineering and design
• Review instrumentation and control schematics and loop diagrams
• Shop and site inspections in-progress, witness testing
